The download center collects the technical material customers ask for before and during a project: solution-line overviews, interface and specification summaries, certification statements, and the production files needed to evaluate a board. Material is grouped by solution line so the document you need is found without searching the whole archive.

Customisation and OEM / ODM Process

1. Requirement review — application, acoustic targets, interface list and target cost are fixed in writing.
2. Chip selection and schematic — platform options are compared on performance, supply risk and BOM cost.
3. PCB layout and DFM — RF, audio and power domains are partitioned for clean grounding and EMC headroom.
4. Prototype and acoustic tuning — DSP parameters are tuned on the real enclosure, not on a generic bench.
5. Certification support — RED, FCC and CE test plans are prepared and pre-scanned before formal submission.
6. Mass production — 8 fully automatic lines handle SMT, testing, ageing and packing with full traceability.

Is the material here the full datasheet set?

The download center carries the public-level material. Full datasheets, reference designs and production files are released under the project, because they contain part numbers, tuning data and limits that are specific to one build.

Can I request a document that is not listed?

Yes. If the solution line you need is not covered, send the request to 13266795089@126.com, attention Mr. Sun, and we will provide the closest available material or prepare it for your case.

Do you support low-volume prototyping?

Yes. We build prototypes for evaluation and tuning before any tooling commitment, which is the normal route for a new product line.

Which certifications do your designs support?

RED, FCC and CE. We prepare the test plan and pre-scan before formal submission, so the certification stage does not become a redesign.

How is tuning handled for our own enclosure?

DSP parameters, microphone arrays and protection limits are tuned on the customer mechanical design rather than on a generic bench, and the resulting parameter set becomes the production firmware.
